520 CMR 14.00 requires a permit be obtained for any
and all trenches that are subserface excavation greater than 3 feet in depth, and is 15 feet or less between
soil walls as measured from the bottom. This permit is required for both public and private property.
A permit fee
of $50.00 is required when obtaining a permit,
checks shall be made out to the "Town Of Topsfield".
